In 2004, Professional Building Services elected to make a Special Services Division called Janus Building Services which provides additional service solutions to PBS customers and become a “One Source” solution provider.

This company utilizes only industry-specific equipment to perform the work properly. Janus’s list of equipment includes a 36-foot bucket truck, and two (2) Steam Way International truck mount hot water extraction carpet machines. They also have access to large articulating booms, cranes and lifts ranging from 15 to 125 feet. Other equipment includes dehumidification and drying equipment, and mobile pressure washing equipment.
